Our solid wood products are manufactured on four planing lines. Two machines are designed for high-quality profile slat production and custom-made products, while two machines are used exclusively for the production of construction slats.

The total output is approx. 150,000 running meters of skirting boards per day!

Complete solution from a single source

The machinery includes planing lines, band saws, circular saws, package cutting systems, multi-blade saws, automatic drilling machines, painting systems, packaging/film wrapping systems, etc.

This enables us to implement (almost) all of our customers’ wishes quickly and flexibly.

All standard wood processing operations we offer you as a matter of course. This includes painting your slats in all RAL colors or the special colors you require. Fixed capping, head processing or drilling are also no problem. All steps are carried out for you in our Neuwied factory as required.

Special profiles

What you don’t get everywhere – that’s our daily business. We are happy to process all special requests quickly.

The production of your special profiles is no problem for us, as we can meet your individual requirements thanks to our in-house tool production for our machines.

Of course, we can also offer you all the profile strips we produce as round arch strips.

Whatever your requirement, we probably have the solution.

Contract planing

We plane your desired profile. Whether decking boards, façade profiles or simple construction timber.

Your goods are stored, processed and packed according to your requirements.

In-house tool production

If we do not have a suitable profile for you, our in-house tool production facility naturally enables us to respond to your wishes at short notice and manufacture your desired profile to measure. We are able to produce almost any profile requested by the customer. The resulting tooling costs are only charged once when the first order is placed and are waived for future follow-up orders.
